ARCO Refrigerant Air Dryer ARAD-12

The ARCO ARAD-12 is a refrigerant-type compressed air dryer designed for compressed air systems handling up to 1.2 m³/min. Moisture in compressed air corrodes pipework, damages pneumatic tools, and contaminates paint finishes. The ARAD-12 eliminates these risks by delivering consistently dry air at the point of use. It uses an air-cooled aluminium alloy fin-tube evaporator with R134a refrigerant, making it well suited to standard workshop and light industrial environments.

The LED control panel displays live operating status and alerts the operator immediately to any fault condition, keeping downtime to a minimum. Automatic temperature control manages the refrigeration cycle without any operator input. Anti-freezing protection via a constant pressure expansion valve prevents internal damage during low-demand periods, ensuring reliable performance throughout the working day.

Rotary screw compressors offer significant advantages over piston alternatives in industrial settings. The ARSC-30A runs quieter at 75 dB(A) than comparable piston units, reducing operator fatigue and improving the working environment during long production shifts.
