Warranty Coverage
All ARCO products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or components.
- Workmanship defects arising during normal, intended use of the product.
- Replacement or repair of defective parts at ARCO’s discretion.
- Service labor required to correct a verified manufacturing defect.
The warranty applies only to products purchased through ARCO authorized dealers within the UAE.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to issues unrelated to manufacturing or workmanship, including:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts (filters, belts, fuses, bulbs, etc.).
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, unstable voltage, or environmental conditions.
Conditions That Void the Warranty
The warranty becomes void under any of the following conditions:
- Unauthorized repair or modification — Any repair, alteration, or tampering performed by a non-ARCO technician or service center.
- Incorrect installation — Installation not performed according to ARCO guidelines, or by unqualified personnel.
- Misuse or abuse — Using the product for purposes other than its intended design, including commercial use when the product is rated for domestic use.
- Neglect or improper maintenance — Failure to follow cleaning, servicing, or maintenance instructions provided by ARCO.
- Damage due to external factors — Fire, water exposure, corrosion, chemical damage, pests, or physical impact.
- Electrical damage — Use with incorrect voltage, improper wiring, or noncompliant sockets and plugs.
- Use of non-genuine parts — Installing spare parts, accessories, or consumables not supplied or approved by ARCO.
- Serial number tampering — Missing, altered, or unreadable serial number or product label.
- Product sold “as-is” — Clearance, display, or refurbished units marked without warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:
- Retain the original purchase invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ensure proper installation by qualified personnel.
- Follow all operating and maintenance instructions.
- Report defects promptly and avoid continued use if a fault is detected.
