ARCO Forno Pro Paint Booth

The ARCO Forno Pro is a full-specification automotive spray and bake booth built for professional automotive body shops. With an inside dimension of 6,900 x 4,000 x 2,650 mm, the Forno Pro accommodates standard passenger vehicles with clearance for comfortable operator movement around the vehicle during spraying and inspection.

The 16 kW system power supports both the ventilation and heating requirements of a full bake cycle. The three-section folded glass front door provides full-width vehicle entry, and the 800 x 2,000 mm side service door allows technician access without opening the main door.

The Forno Pro provides a step up in capacity and performance for body shops that handle a high volume of vehicles or larger vehicle classes. The larger cabin volume allows better operator access around the vehicle during the spraying phase, reducing the risk of missed areas or uneven coverage.

The pneumatic damper system enables automatic cycle management between spray and bake phases, and the full multi-stage filtration system — primary, ceiling, floor, and active carbon — ensures air quality is maintained throughout both phases of the finishing process.

The Forno Pro is delivered as a complete modular booth kit. All structural panels, the ventilation and heating system, filtration media, interior lighting, and door assemblies are supplied. Professional on-site assembly and commissioning is required.
